Inspired by the beautiful "XOV" series from The Bard.
Modified Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 0-9 in each row, column, and box. However, there will be one digit in each that does not fit. This digit can vary between rows, columns, and boxes and needs to be determined by the solver.
XV: Digits separated by an X sum to 10, those separated by a V sum to 5. All Xs and Vs have been given.
Dutch whisper: The difference between two adjacent digits on an orange line is at least 4.

I don't think that this has a unique solution.
For instance, row 7 col 5 can easily both the digits that are not in the row or column otherwise.
I did cheat with the solution check on Sudokupad either way. But there seems to be something off with the puzzle.

Maybe you forgot about the negative constrain for the Xs and Vs? Have a second look (:
