Rules:
Sudoku rules apply: Fill the grid with digits 1–9, so that each digit appears exactly once in every row and column.
All cells except those in cages must be grouped into regions consisting of orthogonally connected cells. Each region contains exactly one circle. The number inside the circle gives the size of its region. No digit may repeat within a region.
In addition, the smallest digit in a region indicates the number of EVEN digits within that region. Allowed examples: {2,4} {3,4,6,8}, {1,2,5,7,9,}.
Dots Between Cells:
White dot: The two digits are consecutive.
Black dot: One digit is double the other.
Blue dot: The two digits belong to different regions.
Not all possible dots are necessarily given.
Digits in cages sum to the total shown in the top-left of the cage.
