Pivots (Killer + German Whisper)

As we all know, the current variant sudoku world has been seeing a significant glow-up recently and there're so many wonderful puzzles coming out as a result/consequence of it. However, from what I've experienced, one common thing that sticks out more from this world is that given digits rarely get a chance to shine in there. Usually they're added in as the final disambiguators for the major stages in some of the puzzles and more often than not, they're rather overshadowed by the things that come besides them.
So, as a refreshing turn of events, I set this puzzle to provide the given digits a chance to have a more prominent role in the whole solve path and its spirit resembles some of the puzzles by Cane_Puzzles in the past too x)
This puzzle also got to use the main setup of my one killer puzzle in the past that was eventually scrapped altogether, I failed to deliver from it (yes, I had to admit the harsh truth) but the addition of another constraint gave me a cool idea for a breakthrough and then I would develop more directions from there. The puzzle underwent a lot of different versions with also some title changes but eventually I chose this following version here.
My initial difficulty estimation was around 3.5-4 difficulty range, quite in similar fashion to my previous Bonds puzzle, but its ideas should be clear enough to follow. For now, do enjoy the puzzle!
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box contains digits from 1 to 9 each once.
- Along a green line, two adjacent cells contain digits with difference of at least 5.
- Within a cage, digits don't repeat and they sum to the small number written in the top left of that cage, if given. X is an unknown value that's required to be deduced.

Lovely puzzle. I took a few wrong turns, but in the end i pivoted around and everything fell into line.
