Rules
Normal sudoku rules DON'T apply. Place the values 1-9, 10 and 15 such that no row, column, box, or cage contains a repeat (use A for 10, F for 15).
• The values 1, 5, 10 and 15 must appear EIGHT times each.
• All of the other values must appear SEVEN times each.
Clues (not all clues are necessarily given UNLESS SPECIFIED):
• White dots – Adjacent cells have a difference of 1.
• V – Adjacent cells sum to 5 or 15 mod 15 (see below).
• X – Adjacent cells sum to 10 mod 15. EXACTLY ONE X CLUE IS MISSING.
• Cages - The values in the 4-cell cage sum to 3 mod 15. All other cages have no given total.
Mod 15: All sums in the grid are mod 15. That is, if a sum is x plus a multiple of 15 (say 20), the sum simplifies to x (in this case, 5) e.g. 33 = 3+30 -> 3. In this puzzle, x will be a value from 1-15 since there is no 0.
Note: For white dots, 1 and 15 have a difference of 14.

If you are unfamiliar with the Alphanumeric Hex digits 'A' and 'F', I have created this "helpful" mnemonic:
15 is F for 'F'ifteen.
10 is A for 'A'lmost a dozen.

Phew, that was quite a ride to solve, very fascinating puzzle overall!
Quite tricky at first but I got the key observations in the middle rather quickly. Honestly I felt like the part that took me the most amount of time though was scanning everything in the later half and then the final resolution xd

This puzzle is just stunning. Very hard in mid-solve, very intricate interactions, and absolutely minimal with the amount of given clues. Take a bow guys, you crafted a brilliant construction!

I liked this puzzle, very hard but definitely pure logic. Was stuck for a while until I remembered the X rule in capital text, still took another 60 minutes after that.
