Format Rules:

• The grid is a 4x4 sudoku of super cells, each composed of a 2x2 box of sub cells.
• The value of a super cell is the sum of its 4 sub cells (1, 2, 3, or 4).
• Normal sudoku rules apply to the super cell sudoku.
• Sub cells strictly contain the digits 0 and 1.

Special Rules:

• Every row and column of sub cells has the same sum.
• A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the sub cells along the indicated diagonal.
