No. "A cell is gold" makes a qualification *only* about the cells in gold. It does not make any statement about the other cells.

As written, this does not have a unique solution.
The solution assumes, but the rules do not say, that all gold cells have been given.

Probably the most approachable gold cell puzzle I’ve done, but still very enjoyable! This is a great puzzle for anyone who has struggled with these constraints.
