Got most of the way, but then ended up solving just by picking R6C9 and choosing a valid value -- it went all the way to a solve. Stared at it for another 30 minutes trying to figure out *why* it had to be that value to no avail.

I get stuck at a fairly late point, and after testing a few options, can seem to get multiple solutions?

True, was true. Now changed and one solution only (same as previous solution for those that solved already). Problem with last-minute change in B6. Sorry for that.
