I played around with an idea and a cute little puzzle came out. :)

RULES:
Sudoku: Fill each row, column and region with the digits 1-6.
Renban: The digits on the gray line forming the clock's hands form a set of consecutive numbers.
Numerals: The number in a white circle indicates the sum, difference, product or quotient of the two digits on the gray circle on either side of the white circle.

Enjoy!

It's surprising that this puzzle has such a nice surface. Nearly a miracle to have 1~12 on the clock.

At first I thought this puzzle should be impossible

Then I noticed it's a 6x6, not 9x9

Aw, that's clever! It did take me a false start to figure out where to begin, but it was smooth sailing after that!

I’ve rarely been more grateful for the solution checker. I kept missing possible combinations, and I either missed or completely forgot the renban line by the time I was done fleshing out (incompletely) the circle.

Great puzzle, lousy solver.

The gray line fooled me into thinking it's palindrome, but once I figured the rules it was pretty easy and fun.
