I decided to upload all my puzzles that have been featured on Cracking the Cryptic to Logic Masters within the next weeks. Today, I start with a puzzle that has a special place in my heart since this is my first puzzle that appeared on CtC (click here to see Mark solving it) and my second variant sudoku that I ever constructed. So it marks the beginning of my journey within this wonderful community. So please be kind, but honest, when rating it. The rules are as follows:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. All even digits in the grid except the even digits in the central box (i.e. box 5) form a single, closed, one-cell wide loop that moves orthogonally through the centers of cells, and does not branch, overlap, or touch itself (not even diagonally). A digit in a circle (not including the bulbs of thermometers) indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit. Digits in a cage sum to the value in the top left corner. Digits along a gray thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb end.

Important note: The rules above are the more precise version of the rules within Sudokupad to avoid misunderstandings since back in the days when I created this puzzle I was lacking experience.
