Place the digits 0-9 once each in every row, column, and box.
S-Cells: Each row, column and box has one S-Cell, with 2 digits in it.
An S-Cells value is equivalent to one of the digits divided by the other - Which way around is to be determined by the solver. Note: S-Cells may not divide by 0.
Non S-Cells have a value equal to their digit.
Arrow: The sum of the values along an arrow is equal to the value in the connected circle. Digits and values along an arrow can repeat if allowed by other rules.
Solution code: The VALUES in row 1, from left to right

Clarified that S-Cells may not divide by 0

I assume division by 0 is not allowed here? Because it is allowed in (both affinely and projectively) extended real numbers, which includes (different versions of) infinity and allows arithmetic operations with them.

Ah good point - In this puzzle I am considering n/0 to be undefined. I have now updated the rules to reflect that dividing by 0 is not possible for the intended solution.

The break-in looked quite tricky, but turned out to be pleasantly rational. One thing I‘ve briefly considered was, if the puzzle might have multiple solutions, if a division by zero yielded a summable value (like NaN, infinity, nullity, …). Might make for an interesting gotcha in another puzzle, though. Thanks for sharing this puzzle.

This one definitely deserves more solves! In the beginning it was hard to believe the clues would be enough, but after finding the right questions, little by little the grid started to fill itself, almost magically. Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful idea and puzzle! I had to retrace my steps a few times because of wrong assumptions and deductions. I really liked the remarkable break-in, which taught me a lesson or two. Thanks!
