Hello, enjoy this puzzle!

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- The sum of the digits along a double arrow line connecting two circles is equal to the sum of the digits in the circles.
- All double arrows (including the circles) are also palindromes and must read the same in both directions.

At first I thought, "Do I really want to try this? I'm not in the mood to think that hard." But I took a stab at it and ended up enjoying it. Challenging without being cruel!
