This puzzle was created for Nate's birthday. With his permission he allowed me to publish this puzzle. This is like a sequel to "Run on Water" but I wanted this puzzle to be the same and stand out on its own. The puzzle is about a 3-4 star difficulty. Both puzzle links have a form of solution checks. Feel free to leave any type of feedback.

Rules:

Fill the entire 15x15 grid with a combination of shaded cells and loop segments such that a loop is drawn. The loop is directional. The loop may touch itself diagonally or orthogonally. No cell contains both loop segment and shading.

No stretch of cells contains more than four orthogonally connected shaded cells.

No 2X2 of shaded cells inside the grid.

Digits outside the grid count the number of shaded cells in its respective row or column. Digits inside the grid are either Sight Line clues or Road Runner clues.

Road Runner: A digit in the grid counts the number of steps the loop takes to reach a circle. All circles are part of the loop. A digit does not need to precede a circle.

Sight Line counts the total of shaded cells seen in all four directions, including itself. Sight line clues are always shaded. Loop cells obstruct vision.
