Place a digit 1-9 in each cell such that no digit repeats in a row, column, or 3x3 box.
Each greater than sign points at the smaller digit among the two cells it is between.
Each V indicates that the two cells it is between sum to 5. These clues may have been rotated by any multiple of 90 degrees.
Not every clue is given. No clue is given twice.

Does the rotation apply only to the V clues, or can the greater-than clues also be rotated?

That is an amazing concept! When I designed the graphics for the V=5 and less-than clues in Zinga, I made sure that they look distinct... I could have had a lightbulb moment there but you beat me to the punch!
