Rules
Sudoku: Standard sudoku rules apply.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide blue lines into segments. The sum of the digits on each segment of a blue line is the same. Different lines may have different sums.
Kropki Dots: If two digits are separated by a white dot they are consecutive.
