Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Difference Lines:
Region Borders divide the Blue Difference Lines into segments. Each segment on the same line has the same value when you take the difference between the largest digit and the sum of all other digits on the segment.
Ex: a segment of 9,4,3 would have a value of 2 since 9-(4+3) = 2
Different lines may have different values..

Very good puzzle with some interesting surprises. The dark blue lines are not the most friendly for solving, but they're okay so long as you have "Outlines on Digits" enabled in SudokuPad.
