Rules:

Place the digits 1-9 once each into every row, column, and box.

Digits in a circle count how many digits in the (up to 9) cells from the surrounding 3x3 centered on that circle have the same (even/odd) parity as the digit in that circle.

Digits in a square count the number of unique digits in the (up to 9) cells from the surrounding 3x3 centered on that square.
