This puzzle was made for Scojo's weekly puzzle prompt. The prompt was redeemed by aqjhs, and was to create a puzzle using 'pairrows' as a region building clue. I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Yin-Yang:
Divide the grid into 2 distinct regions such that each region is orthogonally connected, and no 2x2 area may be entirely in one region.
Non-Consecutive Yin-Yang:
Orthogonally adjacent cells within the same yin-yang region may not be consecutive.
Entropic Yin-Yang Pairrows:
A cell with a pair of arrows containing the digit N will target two cells that are N steps away from that cell in the direction of the arrows.
The two target cells must be in different yin-yang regions, and each digit from the target cells and the clued cell (N) must be from a different entropy (either from 123, 456, or 789).
