Casement (Clock Faces, Numbered Rooms)

Another puzzle that combines two of my favorite constraints. Hope you enjoy solving the puzzle, and if you like it, check out my other Clock Faces Puzzles!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Clock Faces: Four digits around a circle must strictly increase starting from one of the four cells and going clockwise (white circle) or going anticlockwise (black circle). Four digits around a red circle must not strictly increase clockwise or anticlockwise.
Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
