Much easier than my first puzzle, I think. But takes some thinking (and math) to break in.

Normal 0-8 Sudoku rules apply.
Fog: The grid is covered in fog. Placing correct digits reveals clues in the surrounding 3x3 area. No guessing is required.
Arrows Digits along an arrow sum to the value in its attached circle.
Unique Arrows: All arrows are a different length. Arrows do not share cells.
There are 8 arrows.
Kropki: Cells connected by a white dot are consecutive.
