FORTRESS FILLOMINO:
• Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions and fill each cell with a number (not necessarily single-digit) showing the number of cells in the region to which it belongs;
• Each region must be either strictly larger than all of its orthogonal neighbours or strictly smaller than all of its orthogonal neighbours.
ARROWS:
• Values on an arrow sum to the value in the attached circle.

@kasperd - it's the fact that it's also logically solvable and unique with that rules misread that led me down the same confused rabbit hole - haha.

Forgetting that the circle is the sum of each arrow individually and not combined sure made this puzzle harder for me than it should have been.
