Rules
Slingshots
- The arrows on the board point from a cell with digit X towards the same digit X, where the digit in the cell of the Arrow indicates how many cells the digit X is away from the arrow, without counting the cell with the arrow itself.
Colored Slingshots
- Every slingshot spans between two cells.
- Two cells separated by orange slingshot have a difference of at least 4.
- Two cells separated by green slingshot have a difference of at least 5.

I thought it was nice and easy if you look at the picture example here.
I've done slighshots before so think I don't need to read the words in full and somehow in my head assume a different puzzle based on a digits being "separated" over a "span" and modified when slingshot.
It is just the number on the arrow and the number next to it have the whisper difference not modifying anything.
Nice variation on the slingshot rule, thanks.
