X-Sum-Dots

Rules: Normal Sudoku rules apply. Put the digits 1 to 9 once each into every row, column and box of the 9x9 grid.
Sum Dots: Numbers in cells (inside or outside the grid) touching a gold sum dot sum to the indicated total. Numbers may repeat if allowed by other rules. All cells outside the grid that are touched by a sum dot are X-sum clues.
X-Sums: A number N in a clue outside the grid indicates that the first X digits in the direction of the clue sum to N, where X is the digit next to the clue.
