Any run of three sequential cells on a modular line must contain one digit from each of the sets {1,4,7} {2,5,8} {3,6,9}.

I agree on the 4 star suggestion of others, perhaps even a high 3 star. I would have struggled without note-taking though, so maybe the higher rating is fair!

Very nice! Some pretty tricky but fun logic to figure out the sum.
