Heyawake Chaos

This puzzle was inspired by SennyK's Heyawake Sudoku. Stay tuned for another Heyawake Chaos Construction from the both of us!
- Chaos Construction:
- Draw region borders in the grid so that:
- There are nine regions, and each region contains the digits 1-9 once each.
- Digits do not repeat in a row or column.
- The grid can also be completed by the Heyawake rules explained below.
- Some region borders are given.
- Heyawake:
- Shade some cells so that no two shaded cells are orthogonally adjacent, and all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected.
- There cannot be a horizontal or vertical line of unshaded cells that goes through 2 or more region borders.
- The digit in a circle indicates the number of shaded cells in its region.
- The digit on a square indicates the number of unshaded cells in the (up to 9) surrounding cells.
- A small number clue indicates the sum of shaded digits in its region.

A lot is going on in this puzzle. Every type of info was used throughout my solve and the difficulty was consistent throughout too! A great experience!

Very fun! I initially wanted to skip this because pencilpuzzles are not my strength, but my brain was itching me "what about the heya CC?", so I finally gave it a try.
It took me a bit to find a good notation, which I think is very important for puzzles like these. The deductions are definitely all very fair and smooth, but it's still a 4* that requires some heyawake basics :P
