digits along an arrow sum up to the digit in the arrow's circle.
if two digits are adjacent on a black line, then one digit is double the other.
if two digits are adjacent on a magenta line, then they are consecutive.
the grid is covered in fog; placing correct digits will clear the fog in that cell, and may also clear fog in other cells. no guessing is necessary to solve the puzzle.

Very impressive puzzle! The break-in made sense to me when I discovered it, but I am still not 100% sure I have proven it to be right, although it did solve the puzzle. Thanks

Later yesterday while whatching tv (snooker actually :)), I kept thinking about it and found my proof and it was exactly what you intended. Sometimes I have to think a bit simpler. Great break-in!
