Arrows: The digit in a circle equals the sum of the digits along its arrow. For clarity: two arrows from R6C6 overlap on three cells in box 9.
Quadruples: Digits shown in a circle must appear in the four surrounding cells.

Good stuff. Liked that the "major" break-in had to be accompanied with minor steps. Though sometimes i tend to go with the feeling "this hast to be right" rather than find the clean logical steps. Thx for setting!
