Fishtomefel's Hook

• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Digits along an arrow sum to the value in the circled cell.
• Digits in the large cage sum to 68 and may repeat.
• All digits in a quadruple circle must appear in the four adjacent cells.
• The grid is (partially) covered in fog, entering correct digits may clear the fog and reveal more clues.
• Every 3 consecutive cells along a 3-modular line must contain a complete set of residuals modulo 3. i.e: one from (3,6,9), one from (1,4,7) and one from (2,5,8).
