All rules are standard:

1) Normal Sudoku rules apply

2) Digits along a thermometer increase from the bulb end

3) Digits cannot repeat in a cage and sum to the total in the top-left corner of the cage

4) Dynamic fog: filling in correct digits will clear fog from that cell, and may clear fog from other cells
