Parity lines: Digits on red lines must alternate between even and odd.
Maximums: Grey cells with arrows pointing outwards are greater than all orthogonally adjacent cells.
Minimums: Grey cells with arrows pointing inwards are smaller than all orthogonally adjacent cells.
Odd Little Killers: Numbers outside the grid show the sum of digits in the direction of the arrow. In this puzzle no Little Killer clues are shown, but every possible Little Killer clue would have an odd total. This applies to every possible little killer clue in both directions (top left to bottom right and bottom left to top right).

Misread the rules at first. I initially read it as "all possible odd little killers have been given" - that is, every diagonal has an even sum, since no odd little killers have been given.
