Tebak (Squishdoku + Killer Cage)

My first squishdoku puzzle, hope you enjoy it.
Squishdoku: Place the digits 1 through 9 once each in every 3x3 box, without repeats in any row or column. Cells on region borders (dashed lines) are shared between multiple boxes.
Killer Cage: In every cage, all digits must be unique and their sum must perfectly match the provided total if given.
Special Rule: Every cage in the grid sums to the same value, N. Additionally, the sum of all cells not belonging to a cage is also N.
Puzzle:
Even in setting up a puzzle I would agree that ideas are easy, execution is everything.
