Global Entropy: Every 2x2 box must have at least one low, medium, and high digit (123, 456, 789).
All digits in a single cage must be from the same entropic set (low, medium, or high).
Black dots connect cells in a 2:1 ratio.
White dots connect consecutive cells.
Not all dots are necessarily given.
Solution code: Column 8 top to bottom.
