Yes my previous puzzle is a double arrow puzzle, but I think this is also a nice puzzle to post.

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Double Arrow: The sum of the two endpoint circles must equal the sum of the digits along the connecting line.

Puzzle:

With only horizontal and vertical DA, I got 20 circles by using 17 double arrows. So technically lower double arrow usage but higher circle usage.
