You are sitting at home when the doorbell rings. You open the door and there is no one to be seen. You look down and you see a package with a note. You take it inside and open the note. There is nothing but a grid with 81 squares. 9 rows and 9 columns. You know from your experience with puzzles that this is a sudoku. You look at the box and see that there is a combination lock with 9 slots so you search around and the bottom of the box says lockout. You do some research and see that lockout refers to lockout lines which is a sudoku constraint. But what do the red squares mean? They must index something right?

Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in each row, column and box without repetition.
Lockout Lines: Digits on blue lines can not be between or equal to the digits in the diamonds at the ends of the line. The digits in the diamonds at the ends of a line must differ by at least 4. A diamond terminates a line segment.
159: Digits in the shaded cells in columns 1, 5, and 9 indicate the column in which 1, 5, or 9 (respectively) appears in that row.
