-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Somewhere in the grid there is a hydra.
-The hydra moves orthogonally and does not touch itself (not even diagonally).
-The digits along the hydra follow the pattern 123456789123...9 with a 1 at its tail and a 9 at all four of its heads.
-The hydra's path splits every time it crosses a cell with a red 'slash' line and only at these points. (When a hydra splits both new heads will always be on the same end of the red 'slash' line, opposite the direction it came from.)
-All end points of the hydra are given in green.
-And digits cannot repeat on any of the red 'slash' lines.

Very nice. Had a sticking point about 1/3 into the puzzle and everything broke open after that.
Neat idea.
