Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Circles break the grey line into Between line segments. Digits on the line of a Between line segment, must be between the digits in the circles at the ends of the Between line segment. Digits may repeat on a Between line segment, if allowed by other rules.
All the digits in a white circle must appear in the four surrounding cells.
Digits in cells joined by an X sum to 10. Digits in cells joined by a V sum to 5.
Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive.
Not all Xs, Vs or dots are necessarily given.
