This puzzle was my Secret Santa gift to Damo_89. He said that he was looking forward to having roast turkey with potatoes, carrots and red cabbage for Christmas. I thought he ought to eat some greens so I included one brussels sprout too.

Every Row, Column and 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9.

Adjacent digits along the turkey outline differ by 4 or more.

Cells separated by carrots, potatoes, red cabbage and sprouts follow one of the following rules:

1) they are consecutive

2) one is double the other

3) they sum to 5

4) they sum to 10.

The same item of veg always follows the same rule wherever it appears, and each rule is followed by exactly one type of veg.
