I got all excited that there was a special rule regarding the large snowflakes centered in cells. My brain didn't want to believe this was just a classic sudoku. I completed 4 boxes before I realized the one thing I had been missing. My wife does classics so I will have to share this with her!

I really liked it because it is pretty but I didn't use pencilmarks. So I can't comment on that.

The sky colour makes it REALLY HARD to see pencilmarks. It doesn't add to the puzzle, it makes it worse.
