⚪ German Whisper: Adjacent digits on a green line differ by at least 5.
⚪ Anti-XV: Digits in two cells sharing an edge must not sum to 5 or 10.

Another fun puzzle! Closer to 2 star for me, but also I really like negative constraints like this. Text looked a little wonkier than eg the Pope or Tex ones, but the solution path was very clean to make up for it.
