The blue Region Sum lines are split into segments by the 3x3 boxes. On a Region Sum line, the digits on each segment must have the same sum. Different Region Sum lines may have a different segment sum.

The sum of the digits in each cage is equal to the segment sums for one of the Region Sum lines in the puzzle.

Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the attached circle.

Adjacent digits on an orange Dutch Whispers line must differ from their neighbours on the line by at least 4. (This restraint is not needed to solve, but is definitely needed so the snowman has a face.)

Digits separated by a white Kropki dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.

Digits separated by n 'X' must sum to ten. Not all 'X's are given.
