Box borders divide BLUE lines into segments which have the same sum.
Cages sum to the given value.
White dots separate consecutive digits; not all such dots are shown.

Lovely solve and a lot of fun. My only complaint was that I was unsure which cells were on all of the lines and found myself second guessing them a bit

The blue letters I read as two lines each. But I found out that they count as one line per letter. Maybe clearify.
