This is another one of those puzzles where I feel more that I discovered it than created it - hope you all like it as much as I do!

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Whispers - neighboring digits on an orange Dutch Whisper line must differ in value by at least 4.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot must have a ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.
