Normal 9x9 Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Renban Lines: Purple lines in the grid are Renban lines. Digits on a line form a set of non-repeating, consecutive digits in any order.
Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio, meaning one is exactly double the other. Not all dots are necessarily given.
X-Sums: Digits outside the grid indicate the sum of the first N digits, where N is the digit in the closest cell to the clue.
XV Sums: Digits separated by a V must sum to 5, and digits separated by an X must sum to 10. V and X are the Roman numerals for 5 and 10, respectively.
Minimum: Gray cells with arrows pointing inward must be smaller than all other cells that share an edge. You can think of the arrows like less-than signs, where the cell is less than the neighbors where a less-than sign appears.
Maximum: Gray cells with arrows pointing outward must be larger than all other cells that share an edge. You can think of the arrows like greater-than signs, where the cell is greater than the neighbors where a greater-than sign appears.

That was very original and fun. Like others, I thought I was stuck until I remembered the X-Sums...

Haha, I thought I was the only one who forgot about the X-sums. When stuck and I asked myself how this could actually be a 1* puzzle, I remembered the X-sums and finished it within 2 minutes.
Thank you for this lovely puzzle!

Nyoom...
That was fun! I kept forgetting about the X-sums, though. I would recommend to other solvers to not do that.

Fun and very clever use of the X-Sums constraints.

Has the traffic light (?) in box 7 any function?
I was able to answer the question myself. No, the traffic light has no function. Otherwise, a great puzzle with interesting interaction between Renban and X-Sum.
