Killer cages: Digits within a cage must sum to the number shown in its upper-left corner.
Palindrome line: Digits on a palindrome line read the same forwards and backwards.
Renban line: Numbers on this line must be consecutive, cannot repeat, and can appear in any order.
Whisper line: two cells connected by a Whisper line must have a difference of at least 6.
Dutch Whisper line: two cells connected by a Dutch Whisper line must have a difference of at least 4.

The in-Sudokupad description calling the line a "German Whisper" is fairly confusing/misleading, since it's actually 6-difference rather than 5-difference.
Otherwise the puzzle is nice.
