RULE SET:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column, and box.
V PAIRS: Cells separated by a "V" must sum to 5. All V pairs are given. There is a negative constraint for V pairs in this puzzle.
MODULO-3 LINES: The teal colored lines are modulo-3. Any set of three sequential cells along a teal line must contain a complete set of residues modulo-3: one digit from (1,4,7), one from (2,5,8), one from (3,6,9).
ARROW LINES: Digits along grey arrow line sum to the number in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow if other rules allow.
Additionally: each circled cell must be a different digit! No two circled cells have the same digit in this puzzle.

That negative constraint was much more useful than I anticipated! Fun coloring puzzle :)
