Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop may not touch itself, not even diagonally. Whenever the loop travels vertically, the northern digit is greater than the southern digit. Whenever the loop travels horizontally, the eastern digit is greater than the western digit.
The loop must pass through every cell containing a square. The loop cannot pass through a cell containing a circle, and cells containing a circle count the number of loop cells they touch (both orthogonally and diagonally).
