Normal sudoku rules apply. Black dots separate cells in the ratio shown in the dots. Cages add to the number in the top corner. Numbers cannot repeat in a cage. Numbers in circles are in the 4 surrounding cells. Arrows sum to circles. Cells along an orange Dutch whisper line must have a difference of at least 4. Blue lines are thermometers which must increase in value from the bulb out.
