RULE SET:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column, and box.
KROPKI: Cells separated by a black dot are a 1:2 ratio. All black dots are given. There is a negative constraint for black dots in this puzzle.
PALINDROME (GREY): Digits along a grey palindrome line must read the same forwards and backwards.
KILLER CAGES: The sum of the cells in a cage must equal the total given for that cage.
XV PAIRS: Cells separated by a "X" must sum to 10, and cells separated by a "V" must sum to 5. Not all XV pairs are given.

Once again I didn't read the rules properly and didn't consider the negative constraint for minutes. Don't be like me. :)
