This puzzle came out of my experimentation with partial sudoku grids.
There might be others like it in the future. Enjoy.
Rules:
- Place the digits 1 to 8 once each in every row.
- Entropic Areas: Digits that share a column or a box cannot have the same remainder modulo 4. (Eg. They contain one digit each from the sets [15 26 37 48].)
- Thermometers: Digits along a thermometer strictly increase from the bulb to the tip.
- Quadruples: Digits in a circle must appear within the four surrounding cells.
