DUTCH WHISPERS- Numbers on red lines are at least 4 apart from their neighbors on the line.
KILLER CAGES- Numbers in cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
KROPKI PAIRS- Numbers with a white dot between them are consecutive. Not all possible dots are shown.

Edited the puzzle name from Romp Rats to Womp Rats, to match Star Wars reference.

I admit, it took me a little longer than it should have to get rolling, but once I did it was a smooth ride. Very nice puzzle.
