Not quite sure why you don't call the "dashed regions" killer cages, but otherwise very fun puzzle.
@Snaques I create my puzzles in F-Puzzles, then convert to SudokuPad using a process that was given to me by the creator of SudokuPad. The process searches the rules for the word 'cage' and implements normal killer rules if it finds it. This puzzle has cages with repeat digits and greater than 45 sum. This would disallow a valid conversion. Peace to you. -Will Power
